Graphic Design Fieldwork
The Graphic Design fieldwork program at Algonquin College is proud to partner with creative agencies in Canada's National Capital Region and around the world. The goal of our fieldwork program is to initiate our students to the professional practice of graphic design in a safe, stimulating and productive workplace.

- Students work as designers for a minimum of a 180 hours during the six-week period.
- In-person mentorship is preferred, but remote work is accepted.
- Students are expected to work similar hours as other employees.
- Students anticipate mentorship as a member of a design team.
- We expect our students to honour the confidentiality of your business.
- Fieldwork can be salaried or not. That’s up to you and the student to negotiate.
