Job title: Graphic Design Intern
Compensation: $1,500 stipend
Schedule: start time between 8AM and 10AM EST, 8 hour day
Location: remote

Role Summary At EDealer: We are constantly working to provide our clients with the best designs and customer service in the industry. We provide our automotive dealership clients with: website designs, branding, and digital marketing assets such as digital ads, website banners, promotional creatives, etc.

As a Graphic Design Intern at EDealer, you will work closely with the team of coordinators and alongside a team of other full time designers. This role is fast-paced, with integrated continued learning opportunities and skill development with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.

What You Will Do:

  • Design visual concepts based on a detailed project brief
  • Create branded materials as needed for our clients
  • Collaborate with the rest of the dealer marketing team
  • Adhere to design guidelines pre-determined and provided by the various manufacturers we work with
  • Adhere to strict schedules, fast timelines, and deliverables
  • Mentorship and collaboration with designers, managers, and opportunities to learn about design in the automotive industry from the Design Director.

What You Will Need:

  • Enrolled in a college or university design, media or art program
  • Strong portfolio of work showcasing conceptual and execution capabilities for digital mediums. Digital portfolio must be provided with application.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite with particular strength in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Great attention to detail
  • Time management skills and ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a team context and an open-minded attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Adaptability and imagination
  • Ability to accept constructive criticism
